Job Summary: Become a Customer Service Representative with the Portland Parks and Recreation Outreach Team and make a difference! You'll attend events at different places in the city, helping connect people with our fun recreation programs. We are especially looking for people who can speak languages like Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese. If you speak any of these, we'd love for you to apply! Your Role: + Talk with community members and help them create accounts, sign up for programs, and give out helpful materials. + Work in a fast-paced setting and solve problems on your own. + Share important information about our services. + Represent Portland Parks & Recreation with a positive attitude. + Reliable transportation is required. + Ability to lift, move, and bring equipment like tents, tables, and games (up to 50lbs). Shifts are scheduled as needed because we coordinate with other organizations' schedules. Pay: $19.52 - $22.78 (entry is $19.52) Training Pay: $19.52 for all customer service positions.
