Oversee daily operations at Lewis Mountain, ensuring lodging, retail, and public spaces meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction Train, develop, and support team members, providing coaching and guidance to align with Delaware North programs and service expectations Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to food safety, sanitation, payroll, and employment Address and resolve guest and team member concerns, respond to inquiries, and maintain a welcoming environment Monitor inventory, order supplies, track expenses, and oversee payroll to maintain operational efficiency and budget adherence More about you 2 years Previous cash handling and point-of-sale experience required Experience overseeing operations and guest satisfaction Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong financial acumen; analytical and detail oriented Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Shift detailsDay shift
