Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: Manage Information Tickets and Travel (ITT) operations/activities. Oversee the establishment, review, and evaluation of ticket sales. Analyze market trends to maximize customer satisfaction. Negotiate group pricing for admission/travel for sporting events, tours, concerts, and performing arts venues. Operate various software programs to create advertising fliers, brochures, and materials for distribution and bulletin boards. Provide transportation/vehicle support to the Outdoor Recreation Program when needed. Practical knowledge of ITT procedures and the hospitality industry. Must have experience to show knowledge of basic accounting practices and knowledge of cash handling procedures, bank deposits, inventory control, and cash register systems. Prior customer service experience is required. ----OR---- Education: Associate degree in hospitality or Bachelors degree in a related field. FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
