At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, a Recreation Supervisor is responsible for effective supervision of the Hotel / Recreation facilities Distribute Pool towels to pool and beach guests and provide them with a warm and sincere welcome.

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Recreation Supervisor, you are responsible for supporting the recreation team to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A Recreation Supervisor will also be required to achieve sales targets and manage customer feedback. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nDistribute, delegate and direct workload to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction with minimum outlay of expenses in terms of labour and material. Monitor and evaluate team member performance.\nMaintaining and supervising pool and beach. Ensuring items are stocked, inventory is checked and maintained\nPlan and monitor activities to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards\nSelect and train Recreation team members in proper work procedures and techniques\nAssists in dealing with guest needs, emergencies and/or extra services for guests\nCommunicate effectively to conduct staff and departmental meetings\nAttend various other related meetings to obtain and disseminate pertinent information\nPreparing of annual budgets and monthly forecasts alongside Head of the Department\n
