Assists the Director of Recreation and Recreation Manager in overseeing all pool/recreation operations, including activities, service, food and beverage and cleanliness and functionality of facilities. Performs team member duties when business levels require. Assists in monitoring revenue, costs and financial performance. Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.

What will I be doing?

\n\nAssist outlets with daily tasks to ensure smooth operations. \nExecute special projects with an eye to fulfilling long-term goals.   \nOrder and retrieve inventory from the hotel purchasing department and other vendors\nCommunicate with clients and guests to prepare group reservations. \nPrint reports and conduct daily meetings to keep team members informed. \nContinuously monitor attendant’s performance and offer coaching and assistance as needed. \nAssist with interviewing, hiring, and training of new team members. \nMaintain a safe and clean departmental working environment. \n
