Our Recreational Direct Support Professionals have the privilege of providing supportive services to adults with intellectual and\/or developmental disabilities (within various recreational settings). In this position, you will be responsible for providing hands-on assistance, instruction and guidance, while supporting people as they get out and enjoy what life has to offer! \n

Ideal Candidate(s):\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nValid NYS driver's license (REQUIRED) \nHas a passion for working with and creating positive, impactful relationships in the lives of the people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.\nExhibits positive approaches that provide encouragement, mentoring and instruction resulting in effectively achieving and maintaining independence and integration within the community.\n\n
