Effective candidate sourcing and attraction strategies using social media, job boards, job descriptions and postings. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to candidates, managers, and other employees of the organization. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skill. Highly organized administrative skill. Ability to manage time and resources effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skill. Travel to correctional facilities, regional offices, client, or vendor sites as needed.

A background check, security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.

Responsibilities

Below is a list of your responsibilities as a Recruiter 2 with YesCare: 

Partner with hiring managers to identify position requirements. Proactively sources candidates in a competitive healthcare field, identifying RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other roles as needed for correctional facilities. Strategically builds pipeline of candidates through innovative marketing and networking practices.Collaborate with local schools and universities to attract nursing students. Consult with HR partners and business stakeholders to define staffing needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. Effectively communicate with hiring managers and their staff, providing thorough and timely updates on the status of their open roles. Lead Recruiting calls with site leaders to provide updates on recruiting efforts to fill positions, including candidate updates. Effectively communicate YesCare’s value proposition to candidates. Manages process to maximize candidate experience and hiring cycle time. Assess candidate skill and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers. Highly accountable for personal performance including time to hire and cost to hire. Effectively manages internal tools and reporting requirements. Maintain a candidate pipeline by establishing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates. Maintain accurate records in iCIMS. Able to understand and articulate labor trends and their impact to recruiting and attraction efforts. Coordinate and/or attend job fairs or conferences. Communicate and present process changes, enhancements and modifications to management, peers, staff, and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood. Incorporate “best practices” approach. Oversee administrative responsibilities for all internal transfers. Assist in completion of special projects on as needed basis. Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.Other duties as assigned by management.
