Candidates MUST live in Harrisburg, PA/Central PA area as this is an in office position.

Pay Rate: Competitive Salary + Non-capped Commission

Recruiter Responsibilities Include:

Developing a recruiting pipeline Sourcing and attracting and attracting candidates by database, and social media Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

We are looking for a recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees

What does Recruiters do

A Recruiter will work with Sales team and department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Recruiters will also build a pipeline of candidates using various sources by posting, social media networks, and referrals. An ideal recruiter will have experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the employees and building a strong pipeline.

Responsibilities

Recruit using Miller Brother Staffing’s process Headhunt for qualified applicants from job boards and our (ATS) Make cold calls using our (ATS) and other resources Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards Source and attract candidates by using databases our ATS, and social media Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews by using our process Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes On-board new employees to become fully integrated Acts as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Requirements:

Like to have proven work experience a Recruiter (Either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, and stress. Familiarity with (ATS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision making skills High School Diploma or College Degree Reliable Transportation
