Goodyear’s Talent Acquisition team is hiring Recruiters to join our EMEA team.  Our Recruiters are responsible for developing and driving talent acquisition initiatives within a defined function and region for salaried roles. Recruiters are adept at sourcing and engaging diverse talent pipelines and executing the end-to-end recruitment process in partnership with the business. Our Recruiters also lead process improvement initiatives and serve on recruiting projects to drive our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence.  

 

Key Responsibilities include:

Manage the full cycle recruiting process to include our employer value proposition (EVP), creating diverse and inclusive candidate slates, phone screening, interview coordination, creating and extending offers to drive hiring and meet business objectives. Consistently develop and maintain a pro-active, diverse pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities in various disciplines. Build trusting and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  Stay up to date on recruiting trends, tools and best practices.  Communicate with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process to provide status updates, creatively address recruitment challenges and drive win/win outcomes. Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while following process and compliance requirements. Meet expectations set by the COE for performance targets (i.e., Time to fill, Quality of hire, diversity goals, agency usage, hiring manager experience, and candidate experience) Support other recruiters as needed to reach team goals

Source, pre-screen, interview, offer, and hire talent by successfully executing the end-to-end recruitment process, pipeline development, and engagement of talent

Partner with the business, hiring managers, and HR counterparts to understand the hiring needs and expertly manage TA service delivery to all client groups.

Provide talent insights and data-driven recommendations to the business based on TA reports and market information.

Participate and/or manage projects and other process improvement initiatives intra-/interdepartmentally.

 

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years working in a Recruiting or equivalent role (internship experience will be considered) Bachelor’s degree required Experience using MS office applications Experience sourcing, hiring and managing a diverse candidate pipeline
