Education/Certification Requirements: + Bachelors degree required Experience requirements: + 1+ year of full cycle recruiting experience + Familiarity with Workday and Phenom + Event or program management experience a plus + Strong communication and attention to detail + Excellent data analysis/review skills + Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines Note: **This is a remote role however must reside near/in Carlsbad, CA, Waltham, MA, or Raleigh, NC** **Pay Details:** $33.65 to $38.46 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
