About the Role:
2020 Companies is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our dynamic team. Our ideal Recruiter will value relationship-building with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers to qualified candidates who align with our vision and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates
Conduct interviews
Extend offers to qualified candidates
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Job Description:

Contribute to a positive candidate experience, manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocateSource passive/active, qualified, and diverse candidates through networking, postings, work force centers, etc.Review and screen candidatesConduct candidate interviews to determine position fitSchedule candidate interviews with the hiring managers according to their availabilityDisposition candidates based on hiring manager feedbackExtend verbal and system offers to initiate onboardingMonitor candidate journey through onboarding and intervene when/where necessaryMaintain excellent documentation within the applicant tracking systemContinuous follow-up with hiring managers to confirm staffing plans and candidate needsDevelop knowledge of assigned client(s) and local management to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost effective and efficient mannerEnsure adherence to all equal employment opportunity lawsPerform all other duties as assigned

Performance Measurements:

Recruiter MetricsPerformance and quality of hires as related to associate productivity and tenureManager satisfaction with candidate pool quality and supportDemonstrate effective and thorough knowledge of client(s)Professional and effective communication with external client(s), internal stakeholders and candidates

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred1 year relevant experience; recruiting, sourcing, customer service call centerPassion for improving candidate, hiring manager and recruiting team experienceAn uncommon balance of creativity and drive, along with interpersonal savvy and basic analyticsProven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
