Description We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team in the Healthcare/NHS industry located in AIEA, Hawaii, 96701, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, leveraging talent acquisition systems, and providing consultative services to hiring managers. This exciting opportunity will allow you to contribute to our team by utilizing your skills in CareerBuilder, CRM, Applicant Track System, Talent Acquisition, and more. Responsibilities: • Manage full cycle high volume recruiting, including sourcing passive candidates and managing active candidate flow. • Facilitate salary offers and partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. • Utilize and leverage talent acquisition systems such as ATS, CRM, assessments, chat bots, and video interviews. • Build and maintain strong relationships with business hiring managers. • Participate in TA system and tools selection process as well as implement into recruiting workflow. • Define best practice recruiting workflows and policies. • Provide consultative services to hiring managers that leverage the team's overall value proposition to the business. • Stay abreast of trends, developments, and innovations in the Talent Attraction and Acquisition environment to improve the business impact of the team. • Prepare recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. • Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Requirements • Proven experience in Healthcare/NHS recruitment • Proficient in using Careerbuilder, CRM, About Time, and Applicant Track System • Capable of conducting thorough Background Checks • Understanding of Benefit Functions within the healthcare industry • Experience with Cold Calling and Healthcare sales • Expertise in Corporate Recruiting • Demonstrable skills in Talent Acquisition, Talent Pipeline, Talent Sourcing, Talent Pool, Talent assessment, and Talent Planning • Experience in organizing and participating in Job Fairs • Strong knowledge of the HealthCare Industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities • High level of discretion and confidentiality • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
