Job Description We’re seeking a Recruiter with a background in full-cycle recruiting to join our team in Coppell, TX. In this role, you will be the primary talent partner for corporate hiring needs, driving strategic recruitment efforts to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates for our knowledge worker roles. This position is integral to our mission of building a robust talent pipeline aligned with our organizational vision and values. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement. You will utilize a mix of traditional and innovative recruiting strategies, including social media, to meet our diversity and hiring objectives. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Networking: Work closely with internal business groups to build a trusting relationship. Build and manage a network of qualified candidates through relationship building, in-depth interviews, and proactive sourcing techniques. Recruiting Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective recruiting strategies tailored to each role, leveraging internet research, social media, and networking to identify potential hires. You desire to provide that white glove experience for those who go through the recruiting process. Stakeholder Partnership: Develop strong partnerships with business leaders and cross-functional partners to understand their hiring needs, provide insights, and support informed selection decisions. Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience from application to offer stage. Other Duties: Support additional recruiting and HR initiatives as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience: 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a corporate environment, including experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools. Preferred Qualifications: ATS Proficiency: Experience with Workday or other applicant tracking systems. CRM Skills: Familiarity with candidate relationship management (CRM) tools. Multi-Tasking Ability: Skilled in managing multiple recruiting projects and stakeholder relationships concurrently. Professional Skills: Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively. Judgment & Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Initiative: Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability for results.
