Under the guidance of the HR Manager, this position provides Recruiting and HR operational support for multishift manufacturing group of approximately 850 non-union employees.

ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES

Expected to assist in the implementation of Howmet Aerospace’s value and policy statement and its accompanying principles.Comply with all department, facility, Corporate and Regulatory EH&S regulations.Wear all required personal protective equipment;Report all job-related illness and injuries. Recruiting/Staffing - Full cycle recruiting for Salaried & hourly positions. Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels.Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and professional networks.Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications.Collaborate with hiring managers to select the best fit for the role.Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.Prepare and extend job offers to candidates.Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates.Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.Assist with new employee orientation for all Dover, NJ hires;Create and modify job descriptions within all departments.Manage Affirmative Action reportingAssist with workforce reductions, administering layoffs in accordance with policy;Perform other assignments as required
