Recruiter 

Location: Downtown Seattle, WA – In Office 

Pay: $23.00/hour

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

We are looking for an outstanding full-time employee who is looking to grow their career with Securitas.

As a Recruiter, you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions. Some responsibilities may include: 

Recruiting – phone screens, interviewing, job offers. Maintaining personnel files. Assists with new hire training and orientation. Participates in job fairs. Various HR/Administrative duties. District Manager Support.

Qualifications: 

Must be 18 years of age. Must have reliable means of communication & transportation. Must have the legal right to work in the USA. Must have the ability to read, speak and write English. Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. Basic HR knowledge preferred, not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background.
