Our client, a leader in safety services, is looking to hire a Recruiter for a 2-month contract, with the possibility of an extension.

This position is based in the Leduc office.

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to assist with recruitment and administrative tasks during a busy period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of experience who excels in a fast-paced and flexible work environment.

Responsibilities:
Review resumes to ensure candidates meet the minimum criteria outlined in job descriptions.Verify tickets, certifications, and qualifications for compliance with job requirements.Conduct initial interviews or phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, availability, and suitability for specific roles.Maintain detailed notes and provide recommendations to the hiring team.Assist with onboarding processes, such as collecting and organizing documentation and setting up new hires for success.Handle additional administrative tasks as needed to support recruitment and operational goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment.Organized: Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing resumes and qualifications.Adaptable: Comfortable working in an environment without established processes and procedures.Collaborative: Enjoys working independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
