Recruiter (Construction) - This position will be based in Deer Park, Texas and will be in-office 5 days a week. The ideal candidate has a background in construction and experience building strong partnerships with hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives. -Develop, post, and maintain quality job descriptions and advertisements for open positions, ensuring consistency and compliance across all postings -Source candidates through creative social media tools and develop robust networking avenues -Initiate contact with passive candidates for openings and maintain candidate pipelines -Work collaboratively with business leads to screen potential candidates -Utilize internal applicant tracking system to review applications and maintain candidate progress -In partnership with hiring managers and HR, develop compensation recommendations and negotiate job offers with candidates. -Facilitate all stages of the candidate lifecycle, from job creation through offer, ensuring all candidates have a positive, well-informed experience during the recruiting process. -Maintain thorough communication with members of the onboarding team to ensure a successful experience throughout -Attend career fairs and trade shows (travel required) Skills: -Bachelor’s Degree preferred -3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably specializing in the recruitment of heavy civil and construction professions. -Candidates with a background in technical recruitment or other recruitment specializations may also be considered. -Demonstrated professional communication skills System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
