This position interacts with job candidates and potential applicants using various sourcing methods. This is an opportunity to showcase the importance of security and how a career can be made in this exciting & growing industry. In this role you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions. 

Some responsibilities may include:

Recruiting – Phone screens, interviewing, job offers Maintaining personnel files Assists with new hire training and orientation Participates in job fairs Various HR/Administrative duties District Manager Support

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age Must have reliable means of communication & transportation Must have the legal right to work in the USA Must have the ability to read, speak and write English Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D Knowledge of HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Outlook a plus! Prior administration or recruiter experience preferred
