About this RoleBrink Constructors, Inc
This position will work with the organization’s new, current, and former employees to assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training processes. Responsible for the research, develop, and implement of effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This position must adhere to all the rules and policies as well as ensuring the organization’s practices comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Pay:
This is an exempt/salary position. The pay range is $65,000-$95,000. Pay may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
Position will be based out of our corporate office in Englewood, CO. Position requires travel for recruiting and other events up to 30% (subject to change)
What You'll Do Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment and onboarding processCollaborates with management team to identify and receive detailed hiring criteria for needsIdentifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organizationResponsible for job postings and advertisement processesScreens applications and selects qualified candidates – this position will select and create job offers through our applicant tracking and onboarding systemSchedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materialsCollaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent detailsEnsures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policiesCoordinates, attends, and participates in job fairs, recruiting sessions, and special eventsTake any required HR compliance trainingSocial media recruitingHandling all cold calls that come into office inquiring about open positionsAssist in projects, such as; HR events, benefits open enrollment, employee communications and company-wide meetings as neededPresent New Hire OrientationCreate and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and recordsComplies and prepares data for statistical reporting on recruitingHandles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staffAnswers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to HR ManagerAssists with preparation of human resource reports such as new hire, retention, and turnover reportsPerforms other duties as assigned. Compensation Range The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $60,000.00/Yr. - USD $95,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
