Job Title: Recruiter Job Description + Develop and build relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and roles. + Ensure understanding of job specifications and desired qualifications for each position. + Develop successful recruiting strategies to fill positions efficiently and timely. + Collaborate with hiring managers to generate and update job postings. + Manage resume screening and the candidate interview process. + Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques, selection protocols, and offer management. + Partner with the HR team to meet the organization’s talent goals. + Execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent. + Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and produce reports. + Participate in job fairs and college recruiting to source potential candidates. + Lead recruitment and selection processes that are legally compliant and cost-effective. + Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive impression. + Conduct reference and background checks and may initiate job offers. + Pre-screen active candidates and identify passive candidates as needed. + Review candidate qualifications via resume review, pre-recorded interviews, or scripted interviews. + Provide results in a reportable format. + Perform queries and searches on databases for qualified candidates. + Read and document provided materials. + Consult with subject matter experts regarding positions. + Perform other administrative tasks as needed. + Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in high volume recruiting + Experience with hourly employees + Knowledge of the industrial/manufacturing industry preferred + Ability to think outside the box to attract candidates to the area + Experience will be valued over degree Work Environment The position is fully onsite with a duration of 6-12 months with possibility of extension. Typical working hours will be provided upon further discussion. All tasks must be conducted in line with the company’s compliance standards and protocols. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
