Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to support our McGregor, TX location. The primary focus of this role is to utilize sourcing strategies and applicant tracking software to identify potential candidates, onboard new hires, and assist in new hire orientations. The Recruiter will also perform regular check-ins with new employees to resolve issues and reduce attrition rates.
ResponsibilitiesUtilize sourcing strategies and applicant tracking software (ICIMS) to identify potential candidates.Source applicants and input them into ICIMS.Onboard new hires by following up on tasks, conducting touch points, checking compliance, and ensuring timely completion of paperwork.Assist in new hire orientations as needed.Perform regular check-ins with new employees to resolve issues and questions, aiming to reduce attrition rates.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably with hourly/blue-collar positions.Experience working with internal hiring managers.High school diploma or equivalent.Proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).Strong customer service skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, production, or automotive recruiting.High volume recruiting experience.Self-initiative and proactive attitude.Experience supporting a manufacturing or production company.Familiarity with ICIMS or any ATS.Experience recruiting for industrial, manufacturing, or technical skill sets.Previous experience in a performance-based environment.Work Environment
The role involves working closely with a Talent Acquisition team of six members. This position is integral in helping launch a new site in McGregor, TX. The work schedule is flexible, allowing for 40 hours a week with flexible 8-hour shifts.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
