JOB Summary
This is a full-time, hybrid, role for a Recruiter located in the San Francisco Headquarters of our non-profit organization. The Recruiter will need to be mission and results driven, excited by closing and decreasing the number of open Reqs, and flexible to pivot to different sourcing strategies on hard to fill roles.
This role will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various positions including property management staff such as maintenance and leasing agents, as well as manager positions throughout the company, and then extending job offers. The Recruiter will need to effectively communicate with applicants, explaining details of job, company, expectations and benefits programs. Reporting to the Sr. Director of HR, The Recruiter will also be responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization. High performance results for this role will be to reduce length of time to fill positions, offer continuous pipeline of candidates, and quickly fill urgent roles, through effective and experienced hiring practices.

Responsibilities
+ Multi-state, full cycle recruitment of roles throughout the West Coast
+ Utilize recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Craigslist, Handshake, organization job boards, and other social media platforms to identify top talent
+ Identify, actively source, screen and close both laborer and management open roles
+ Responsible for initial candidate screening, submittals, and gathering interview feedback while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
+ Work directly with hiring managers to coordinate all aspects of an end-to-end talent search
+ Provide experienced advice on talent recruitment strategy, direction, and solutions to the hiring managers and property manager leadership team
+ Build and maintain relationships and strong communication with hiring managers regarding search activities, support, and closure
+ Conduct and develop innovative sourcing activities when candidate pool is low
+ Identify optimal talent sources for active and passive job seekers including state and community job boards, cold-calling strategies, professional association partnerships, resume databases, diversity organizations, industry networking, employee referrals, Internet sourcing, social media, and college programs
+ Attend industry, diversity, and college career fairs, events and networking opportunities to promote the company and build a robust talent pipeline
+ Research market trends in recommending competitive hiring strategies and offerings
+ Maintain requisition data integrity of Application Tracking System (ADP)
+ Maintain tracking recruitment spreadsheet on a daily basis
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
+ Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
+ Requires at least 5 years of recruiting experience.
+ Demonstrated experience with job boards and search channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and utilize expert organizational skills to prioritize urgent roles.
+ Demonstrated success in active sourcing, building candidate pipelines, and filling Reqs.
+ Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of recruitment and up to date state/federal policies.
+ Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with all customers including employees, applicants, hiring managers, and leadership teams.
+ Proficient in various computer software including Word and Excel.
+ Effective oral and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work with and around people in a positive and cooperative manner.
+ Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
+ Property management and laborer recruiting experience preferred.
+ Experience with ADP.
+ Some travel may be required.
