Job Description An employer is looking for a highly skilled hybrid recruiter to join one of our largest clients local to Minneapolis, MN. This company has a little over 100 employees and sells a texting software primarily to hospitality clients. In this role you'll report to the VP of HR and work to actively recruit on corporate positions. This team hires quite a few different skillsets, from customer service agents, to sales reps to more general corporate functions. You likely will recruit on more functional roles vs technical roles, as they work with an offshore India partner for technical hires. You also will work with the VP of HR to assist with process improvement like streamlining interviewing, assisting with candidate onboarding and general administrative tasks. This company is planning to hire 20-25 people this year and is looking for a recruiter to identify quality talent for these roles. This team just moved into a brand new office in downtown Minneapolis, and goes on site 4 days/week (Mon - Thurs) and works from home on Fridays. You must be able to commute to downtown Minneapolis to be eligible for this role, and be comfortable with this hybrid model.
