A typical recruiter is responsible for finding new talent to bring to an organization. • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals. • Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills. • Prepare and maintain employment records. • Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection. • Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations. Skills Recruiting, Talent acquisition, Full cycle recruiting, Full cycle, Recruitment Top Skills Details Recruiting,Talent acquisition,Full cycle recruiting Additional Skills & Qualifications Must Have's - Full Cycle recruitment experience is a MUST - Workday ATS, Microsoft word/ excel • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or equivalent, • 3 years of Human Resources experience Nice to Haves • Master’s Degree in HRIR or MBA • Strong selling skills with the ability to influence candidates and hiring managers • Knowledgeable in employment law and hiring practices to include OFCCP requirements • PC skills including in-depth Internet and database knowledge and working proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite • Highly Prefer= Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience, preferably Workday • Excellent time management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic corporate environment Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
