Job Duties:
+ Execute progressive and effective recruiting initiatives.
+ Build a network to maintain a qualified pool of potential candidates in advance of need.
+ Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
+ Update applicant tracker in real time.
+ Efficiently and effectively fill all open positions.
+ Report suggestions for candidate recruiting.
+ Working understanding of the screening process/cross train in unassigned areas.
+ Become an expert user of recruiting platforms.
+ Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Requirements:
+ 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, inside sales or customer service.
+ willing to work 10am-7pm schedule
+ 4 year college degree is preferred.
+ Acceptable background and MVR
+ Pass drug test
+ Knowledge of labor and employment laws a plus
+ Ability to build rapport with applicants
+ Fast paced and assertive
+ Sales oriented
+ Detail oriented
+ Above average organizational skills
+ Above average written and verbal communication skills
