Description The Recruiter will support the hiring process from start to finish, including candidate sourcing, coordination, and offer extension. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity, and we are looking for someone who has experience in recruitment as well as administrative duties. Candidates with prior nonprofit experience and familiarity with working in administrative roles before transitioning to recruiting are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the nonprofit sector. Coordinate interview schedules and assist with onboarding new hires. Work with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, including maintaining candidate records and managing the ATS. Extend offers and facilitate the offer process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Requirements Qualifications: Experience in recruiting, candidate sourcing, and offer extensions, preferably within the nonprofit sector. Strong administrative background, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and experience using them to manage candidate pipelines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach. Previous experience working closely with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and department leads. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in nonprofit organizations or with mission-driven teams. Experience as a recruiter, coordinator, or in roles where you had direct candidate interaction and engagement.
