This position partners with the hiring manager to bring top talent to the organization. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across all business areas. Local candidates only, please! **Pay:** $40-$45/hr **Type:** Contract **Responsibilities** + Oversee full-cycle recruiting across all business areas. + Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure successful outcomes. Provide regular updates on open positions. + Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. + Act as the go-to resource for recruitment advice, best practices, and consultation. + Identify and manage candidates from job opening to offer acceptance, including screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to meet staffing needs. **Requirements** + Minimum 5 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within an agency or corporate environment. + Previous experience recruiting for roles in all business areas. + Proficient in utilizing web-based recruiting tools such as social media platforms, job boards, and applicant tracking systems. + Skilled in managing multiple priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. + Bachelor's degree required. + Experience in a high-volume recruiting function is a plus.
