MAU is hiring a Recruiter to work remotely, based in the Augusta, GA area. The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, sourcing, qualifying, presenting, and placing candidates in contract and direct hire roles with MAU’s clients. This role proactively builds and maintains a strong network of candidates within specific disciplines and markets. Additionally, the Recruiter fosters a culture of integrity, collaboration, and urgency while working closely with account management, business development, and recruiting teams. This is a direct-hire opportunity.
Benefits Package This position includes eligibility for a performance-based commission plan Competitive Compensation Package Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Holidays (11) Paid Vacation Great work environment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Care Partners Program Health Club Reimbursement Program Additional supplemental benefit programs 401k Salary Continuation Educational Reimbursement FMLA available after 12 months of service Shift Information Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Career Path Senior Recruiter Recruiting Account Manager Talent Acquisition Leader Other Corporate Support Functions Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree 1+ years of recruiting experience 1+ years of client engagement experience General Requirements Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong consulting and client relationship management skills, with a focus on successful conflict resolution High drive for achievement, resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to goal completion Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office CSC, CPC, PHR, or other relevant industry certifications preferred Essential Functions Effectively manage the recruiting workflow and process using MAU’s and/or the client’s applicant tracking system Conduct strategic candidate searches through networking, cold calling, job boards, and other sourcing methods Prepare candidates for interviews, ensuring they are well-informed and confident Provide timely follow-up with candidates and account managers after interviews to maintain strong communication Present job offers to candidates and handle negotiations as needed Collaborate with account managers to develop creative recruitment strategies that meet clients’ hiring needs Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract and engage passive candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates as required Contribute to the development and consistent application of best practices in contract and direct hire recruitment Achieve or exceed annual total gross margin goals
