Job Title: RecruiterJob Description Engage candidates using one-on-one phone screening interviews to evaluate their qualifications for open positions and select candidates to meet in person with hiring managers. Support hiring managers in creating hiring timelines and scheduling interviews for open positions. Source, recommend, and utilize the most ideal posting options for your open requisitions. Lead the company’s social media recruiting by being the "voice" of the recruiting team while engaging with top candidates using Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media outlets. Celebrate with our newest Team Members as you make job offers and welcome them to the team. Assist in the on-boarding process of new team members including assisting with new hire paperwork, welcoming with a tour of our San Diego home base, and coordinating the first day schedule and events with the hiring manager. Partner with Training and Development in planning for the arrival of new Team Members, coordinating hire dates with training dates and programs. Assist the team with ongoing process and communication improvement for candidates, hiring managers, and new Team Members. Responsibilities + Conduct one-on-one phone screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications. + Select candidates to meet in person with hiring managers. + Support hiring managers in creating hiring timelines and scheduling interviews. + Source, recommend, and utilize ideal posting options for open requisitions. + Lead social media recruiting efforts on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. + Extend job offers and welcome new team members. + Assist in the on-boarding process, including new hire paperwork and facility tours. + Coordinate first day schedules and events with hiring managers. + Partner with Training and Development for new team member arrivals. + Coordinate hire dates with training dates and programs. + Assist with process and communication improvements for candidates, hiring managers, and new team members. Essential Skills + College degree and 2 years of experience in sales or recruiting, or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Experience with an Applicant Tracking System or Talent Management System. + Superior communication, customer service, and time management skills. + Ability to present positive messaging and communicate vital information daily. + Flexibility in adapting to the company's communication style. + Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word. + Ability to work with multiple social media platforms. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Innovative ideas and creative vision for sourcing and engaging candidates. + Experience in improving the overall recruiting experience. + Experience leveraging new technology and social media to position the company as an employer of choice. Work Environment This is a seasonal hire expected to stay through August, with possibilities for conversion. The role will start with 2-3 weeks in the office, transitioning to 80% remote work, with occasional office visits 1 to 2 times every two weeks. Pay rate ranges between $25 and $27 per hour. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
