Job Title: Full-Cycle RecruiterJob Description We are seeking a skilled Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and candidates. Responsibilities + Develop Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans. + Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract top talent. + Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. + Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications through interviews, assessments, and reference checks. + Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and extending job offers. + Track Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and strategies. + Maintain Candidate Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Essential Skills + 3-5 years of experience as a Full-Cycle Recruiter or a similar role. + Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. + Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in full life cycle recruitment including req assignment, sourcing, screening, interview prep, offer negotiations, and coordinating manager kickoff meetings. + Strong written and verbal skills. + Detail-oriented and team-oriented. + Ability to build and maintain relationships. + Experience in continuous communication and follow-ups with managers and candidates. Work Environment This is a full-time position based in Fulton, MD, with office hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. There is a strong possibility for remote work 1-2 days per week, depending on performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys interacting with others. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
