+ The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
+ Minimum Qualifications
+ Education
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organization Development, Human Resources or Nursing
+ Credentials
+ Must maintain a valid driver's license
+ Physical Demands
+ Sit constantly.
+ Stands and/or walk occasionally.
+ Bend, reach, stoop and crouch occasionally.
+ Reach waist to overhead occasionally.
+ Ability to hear, speak and see within normal limits.
+ Manual dexterity within normal limits.
+ Lift 5 pounds frequently.
+ Carry 5 to 25 pounds frequently.
+ No pushing and/or pulling.
+ Computer use constantly.
+ Essential Functions
+ Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
+ Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
+ Develop terms for new hires, promotions, transfers.
+ Complete the onboarding process for all new hires.
+ Promote company’s reputation and job openings at job fairs, community events, meetings with candidate, and school visits.
+ Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the section process.
+ Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulation along with company polices.
