Description Talent Acquisition Specialist - Recruiter Talent – Support Multi-Site Operations (Primarily Onsite Role, with Flexibility for Multi-Site Support) Employment Type: Contract/Interim Role (Full-Time) Join our team as a Recruiter supporting a dynamic, multi-site environment. In this contract role, you will play a vital role in maintaining recruiting continuity, ensuring a seamless hiring process, and driving organizational growth. Responsibilities: + Manage recruiting pipelines, including requisitions, candidate screenings, interview scheduling, and offer coordination. + Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on job requirements, candidate selection, and onboarding timelines. + Oversee pre-onboarding and onboarding processes, including weekly orientation programs. + Post and manage job openings on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal systems. + Support multi-site recruiting initiatives, including hiring events. + Ensure compliance with background and drug screening programs, coordinating screenings and follow-ups.
