Job Description
The candidate will be supporting the HR manager in multiple areas including recruiting, onboarding, setting up interviews, getting system access for new employees, conducting first-round interviews (phone screens), and running orientation sessions. They will also work through UKG to resolve errors in benefits and help collect time cards. Additionally, they will assist with employee relations, provide feedback to candidates, and handle other administrative tasks as needed.

The work environment includes a hybrid schedule with business casual attire. Candidates need to be in the office on Monday mornings during orientation. The position is full-time but offers flexibility on hours. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr.
