The ideal candidate will have a background in technical recruiting and be capable of managing the full-cycle recruiting process. This role requires a high volume of recruitment activities and a willingness to cross-train to recruit for all business units within the company. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. + Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for technical positions. + Conduct high-volume recruitment activities to meet the staffing needs of various business units. + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system. + Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to build a strong talent pipeline. + Knowledge of standard recruiting practices, preferably in a high-volume environment.
