Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Recruiter for a 6-month contract who can connect top-tier talent to an organization driven by its mission. This role is pivotal in leveraging recruitment expertise to support our ambitious goals and provide exceptional candidate experiences. You'll be at the heart of building candidate pipelines, developing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

ResponsibilitiesConduct full-lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and extending offers. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to attract the best talent.Facilitate candidate debrief meetings with members of the interview team, providing valuable insights and guidance. Act as an advisor to the business, utilizing the interview rubric to make well-informed hiring recommendations.Develop diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, advertising, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.Inform and educate passive talent about the organization's mission while delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.Effectively communicate the value of the organization and current opportunities. You'll be the ambassador of our brand, showcasing the exciting possibilities within our organization.Collaborate with Compensation to understand the organization's compensation philosophy to attract and hire talent that aligns with and contributes to the company culture.Consult with the Compensation team to determine recommended compensation packages to secure top talent.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.Comprehensive knowledge of full-lifecycle recruitment, including strong sourcing skills, successful networking and pipeline building, thorough behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment skills, as well as strong negotiation and closing skills.Experience with various sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, internet postings, networking, social media, and other cost-effective non-traditional methods.Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment requisitions effectively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Team player and problem solver with high motivation and urgency.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Must have LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience recruiting in the biotech/pharma industry is preferred but not required.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
