Manpower in Rochester NY is rapidly growing and looking to add to our internal team at the branch. This position will be onsite in the branch. **Job Title: Recruiter** **Location: Greece, NY** **Pay Range: $21hr** **What’s the Job?** + Recruit and source candidates for client positions + Conduct background and drug screens as part of our clients process + Maintain all client communication keeping our client up to date with where we are in the recruitment process for candidates. + Some onsite visits to check in with clients and candidates + Complete weekly payroll ffor all client sites to ensure candidates are paid in a timely fashion **What’s Needed?** + Ability to work from 8am-5pm with some occasional 6am client check ins. + Attention to detail and strives in an environment that is changing daily + Communicate effectively with clients and candidates + Work collaboratively with existing team + High School or GED is required to go permanent. **What’s in it for me?** + Monday - Friday hours + Work with a team that is truly passionate and cares about each other and not just company goals but individual goals + Positive culture! + Start as temporary but goal to move into a permanent role with Manpower.
