Description
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
+ Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
+ Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
+ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department-specific needs and create tailored recruitment strategies
+ Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, and guide them through the hiring process
+ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
+ Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality
+ Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and manage candidate databases
+ Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve processes
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
+ Proven experience as a recruiter or in a talent acquisition role (1-3 years preferred)
+ Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interviewing strategies
+ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to assess candidates effectively and make well-informed decisions
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
