Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Recruiter to join our team, supporting the hiring process for our facilities in Illinois and Texas for Manufacturing and Engineering roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and engaging with local educational institutions for open houses.
ResponsibilitiesReview job applications through various job boards and other recruitment platforms.Screen applicants to identify qualified candidates for manufacturing and engineering roles.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring supervisors.Reach out to local colleges and universities to establish relationships and set up open houses.Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team needs.Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Essential SkillsAt least one year of experience in blue-collar, manufacturing, or technical recruiting.Familiarity with job boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in written and verbal communication.Experience with talent acquisition and full cycle recruiting.Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Outlook.Energetic personality.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree.Work Environment
This is a 6-12 month contract position with the possibility for permanent hire. The role is fully onsite in Addison, IL, supporting operations in both Addison (union site) and Houston, Texas (non-union). The work environment includes an open office setting, sitting with the HR Director, with conference rooms available for interviews. A laptop will be provided, and standard working hours are expected. The recruiter will also be the point of contact for vendors.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr.
