YOUR TASKSProactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and direct outreach.Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interviewers, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and organizational culture to identify ideal candidates.Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection, ensuring a consistent and efficient process.Assist in developing job descriptions, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and compelling to attract top talent.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing feedback and ensuring transparency, regardless of hiring decisions.Assist in promoting the company’s brand through social media, job boards, career fairs, and other recruitment marketing activities.Track and maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in PeopleNet.Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports and market data to leadership to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.Stay informed about trends in the job market, industry-specific talent pools, and competitive compensation and benefits packages.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
YOUR PROFILEBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within logistics and supply chain or related industry.Must be bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to engage in professional communication.Expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for all positions including hourly, exempt, and general warehouse labor.Strong knowledge of and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, job market trends, and employment laws.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.1+ years of high volume recruiting experience preferred.
