Adecco is seeking energetic individuals to join our Client in Holland, MI. Pay for this role will range from $23-28/hr based on experience. This role is temporary, ranging from 3–6-month assignments. As a Recruiter, you will be instrumental in attracting talent and hiring talent. Responsibilities for this On-Site Floor Support role include: + Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers, craft detailed and compelling job descriptions, determine effective screening questions, and market open job opportunities + Source, screen and recruit skilled talent. + Full Cycle recruitment + Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. + Perform all duties assigned Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent, related experience.
