Job Description
The Recruiter will support full cycle recruiting for four facilities nationwide, responsible for filling roles in Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance at those locations. They will source and cold call candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, review applications through the ATS system (ICIMS), phone screen candidates, and set up qualified candidates for on-site interviews with internal hiring managers. After a candidate accepts an offer, the Recruiter will coordinate with the TA Coordinator for drug screen and background check, then transition the candidate to the Human Resources team for orientation. This is a high-volume role, hiring approximately 30 individuals per month.
Responsibilities
+ Support full cycle recruiting for four nationwide facilities.
+ Fill roles in Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance.
+ Source and cold call candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
+ Review applications through the ATS system (ICIMS).
+ Phone screen candidates and set up on-site interviews.
+ Coordinate with the TA Coordinator for drug screen and back ground check.
+ Transition candidates to the Human Resources team for orientation.
+ Hire approximately 30 individuals per month.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of recruiting experience.
+ Experience recruiting for manufacturing roles.
+ Experience working with internal hiring managers.
+ High volume recruiting experience (20+ roles per month).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Communication skills (verified through references).
+ Computer skills.
+ Customer service experience.
+ Experience with ATS systems, particularly ICIMS.
+ ICIMS experience is a plus.
Work Environment
The role offers a hybrid work schedule, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote each week. The recruiter will work closely with internal teams. Benefits include 6 major holidays and 1 week of vacation over 6 months. The work environment is within a large insulation manufacturing company.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
