We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Manila, Philippines. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for connecting great people with exciting opportunities.
Work Location: Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines/ India
\nWork Arrangement: Remote
\nWork Schedule: 8am to 5pm EST (third shift); 9PM CST to 6 AM CST; 6:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST
\nSpecific requirements: 3 year experience in end to end Recruitment & Stakeholder Management
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidatesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptionsSource candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networksConduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fitManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from application review to offer negotiationUtilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and generate reportsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitmentOrganize and participate in job fairs and recruitment eventsProvide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processEnsure compliance with labor laws and employment regulationsContribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and proceduresQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in an in-house, RPO, or agency settingProven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates across various roles and industriesStrong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including deep web sourcing techniquesProficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment regulationsExperience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates effectivelyAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentDemonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume recruitment settingFamiliarity with social media platforms and their use in recruitment strategies
