Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate recruiting, particularly within technical and manufacturing roles. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet the company's hiring needs and enhance our image and reputation among candidates and external service providers.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage effective recruiting strategies and programs to meet the company's hiring needs.Collaborate with hiring managers to gather and document specific requirements for job openings and initiate the recruitment process.Support hiring needs for middle to senior level candidates and provide additional resources to the team on high volume positions as needed.Identify and utilize the most effective recruiting sources to advertise and post job openings.Enhance the company's image and reputation among candidates and external service providers.Actively seek out potential candidates and build networks and processes to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.Review resumes and assess the effectiveness of electronic tools used for candidate evaluation.Maintain thorough documentation of the candidate evaluation and interview process to ensure consistency and compliance.Advise hiring managers in creating competitive compensation packages and offers for new hires.Collaborate with agencies, contractors, and website representatives to execute effective employment advertising campaigns.Offer performance feedback on the effectiveness of all recruiting agencies and sources.Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the recruitment function.Essential SkillsCorporate recruiting experience hiring for technical and manufacturing roles.Strong sourcing abilities within an ATS, LinkedIn, Twitter, social media networks, job boards, and other platforms.Experience with full-cycle recruiting.1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Additional Skills & Qualifications4 year degree preferred.Experience with Workday recruiting system is highly preferred.Experience in medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred but not required.Experience in regulatory environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.Work Environment
The position offers a flexible work schedule, primarily work-from-home with 2-3 days on-site per month.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
