CORPORATE RECRUITER AT PRIMEFLIGHT 

This role is considered an entry level position. Our Recruiter is responsible for identifying high volumes of qualified candidates to fill a variety of open positions. Your primary responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and scheduling qualified candidates for interviews. You will facilitate mass hiring of candidates to ensure open positions are filled timely. You will work with various hiring managers to create job postings and assist with the onboarding of new hires. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events  Potential for full cycle recruiting   Conduct high volume, repetitive daily touch points with candidates through various communication channels including calls, e-Mail and texting   Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring managers   Extend job offers and assist with the onboarding process of new hires   Promoting PrimeFlight Aviation as an employer of choice by highlighting our culture, values, and opportunity for growth   Ensure all requirement processes comply with relevant employment laws and regulations   Create requisitions and post job ads on various job boards, hiring platforms, and forums  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs  Handle communications with a wide variety of candidates with accuracy  Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions  Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized candidate records  Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition  Work in an office and operational environment  May be assigned other duties as required 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

18 years of age or older  Eligible to work in the United States   Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus  Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook  Strong attention to detail  Professional demeanor, able to communicate effectively   Excellent dependability and attendance  Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents  Ability to work independently and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form  Travel requirement >25%  Pass a background check and drug screen  

 

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY/WORKING CONDITIONS MAY INCLUDE:  

Ability to lift 25 pounds or more   Position is generally sedentary, sitting for long periods of time   Prolonged standing and walking in an indoor/outdoor environment as applicable   Be able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms    Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); Color Vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors); Peripheral Vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); Depth Perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); Ability to Adjust Focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
