**Job Description:**
We are seeking a talented and motivated Bilingual Spanish Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier candidates for various positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a proven track record of success in recruiting.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conducting thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners
- Managing the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance
- Providing timely and accurate updates to hiring managers and stakeholders
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures
**Requirements:**
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
