the interview and onboarding process for new hires and managing the offer processPartners with hiring managers to plan and implement recruiting strategies for positions as well as to ensure a positive candidate experienceUnderstands and communicates the labor market conditions and the impact on availability of talent in the market proactively adjusting recruiting strategies to ensure hiring goals are achievedPlans and attends various recruitment functions for the organization including job fairs open houses college recruitment fairs and national conferencesServes as the contact person for recruitment agencies and develops and manages advertisements of open positions using a variety of media including social mediaIdeal candidate demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a collective teamDemonstrates the Hartford Healthcare values Caring Excellence Safety Equity and IntegrityMaintains up to date knowledge and compliance with federal and
