**Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Recruiter I** to join our team in Chantilly, VA. In this role, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
**Responsibilities**
What You'll Get To Do:
+ Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
+ Attend hiring events, as required.
+ Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies.
+ Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
+ Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, applicable experience may be substitued.
+ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruiting.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Proven ability to utilize applicant tracking systems and associated workflows.
Nice to have:
+ Ability to travel for hiring events and/or contract transitions.
+ Prior experience using iCIMS is highly desired but not required.
+ Prior experience in government contract recruiting.
