The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting and will ensure that Signature Aviation and its affiliates attract, hire and retain the best talent. To achieve those objectives, the recruiter will collaborate with department leaders on a regular basis to evaluate staffing objectives and future hiring needs, develop and implement targeted recruiting plans for Corporate and Operational roles, evaluate job candidates, conduct candidate interviews, recommend candidates, negotiate compensation, build a candidate pipeline and work with managers following the placement of candidates to increase retention. + Communicate with hiring managers to identify the manager’s expectations and the knowledge, skills and abilities candidates should possess in order to meet and exceed those expectations. + Develop and implement recruiting plans, tailored to attract candidates with the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to meet the expectations of each hiring manager. + Develop job ads and social media posts targeted to attract active job seekers who meet the needs of the managers. + Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment practices. + Initiates document sourcing plans and contingencies to support FBO affirmative Action Plans. + Review applications/resumes to identify candidates with the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to meet the expectations of each hiring manager and to fill current job openings. + Maintain an open line of communication with hiring managers to update them on the status of targeted efforts to find candidates to fill their current job openings as well as to keep them informed of delays. + Work with candidates on timely completion of applications, assessments, background checks and drug screens. + Conduct behavioral based interviews to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, abilities, experience and aptitudes and to identify those candidates who possess the qualities necessary to meet the managers’ expectations. + Create psychometric behavioral assessments for roles. + Follow up with recommended candidates who are not selected initially to maintain an interest in Signature Aviation. + In addition to targeted recruitment plans to fulfill the needs of particular managers, work to develop and implement specific recruitment plans for generally hard-to-fill positions which are designed to attract and on-board talent quickly. + Think creatively, recommend ideas and implement plans that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company, implementing new recruiting processes and fine-tuning standard processes that fit within Signature Aviation’s mission to deliver the highest level of service to our applicants and our clients. + Exhibit and utilize excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. + Prioritize multiple assignments, adapting to changing priorities and situations, and follow through on the completion of assignments by deadlines. + Continuously develop new and foster existing relationships with the purpose of identifying prospective candidates to maintain an active talent pool from which viable candidates may be sourced. + Organize and participate in hiring events such as Open Houses, job fairs and college career fairs to network with potential candidates. + Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking system on all candidates and positions recruited. + Accurately reports on status of filling positions, identifies hiring barriers, implements plan to resolve or escalate issues + Carry self in a manner to be a positive ambassador of Signature Aviation and its affiliates, and promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”. + Maintain self-motivation with outstanding organizational and time management skills. + Remain comfortable when dealing with change and cope well with stress and deadlines. + Multi-task and prioritize requests with excellent attention to detail. + Work efficiently and independently. + Monitor and apply industry best practices. + Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information. + Develop and manage relationship with Recruitment agency vendors. + Other duties as assigned. + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year (4) college or technical school or six (6) years of Human Resources experience including one (1) year of sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates in a high-volume and fast paced environment. + Three years of Human Resources experience; to include one year of sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring candidates in a high-volume and fast pace environment. + Five years of customer service experience. + One-year experience utilizing a variety of recruiting tools (ads, social media, networking) to source and attract top talent. + Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). + Technical capabilities: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, applicant tracking systems and database systems + Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills. + Excellent analytical and decision making skills. + Ability to communicate effectively and interact with people of diverse backgrounds and at different levels. + Time management and organizational skills to handle various and sometimes conflicting projects/priorities within assigned regions. + Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently. + High sense of practical urgency to all tasks. + Must be energetic, charismatic and approachable with strong networking skills. + Ability to positively represent Signature Aviation as an employer of choice. + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. + Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. + Ability to meet deadlines. + Highly flexible and dependable. + Ability to establish priorities and work in a team environment. + Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with ability to appropriately make decisions when required or as appropriate. + Ability to work remotely and self-managing. + Excellent telephone presence and relationship building skills. **An Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Vet**
