This is an exciting opportunity to join a new emerging business in transportation. We are a startup team looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial, analytical and customer-obsessed individual to help support internal transfer interest, vetting, pipeline management, and interview scheduling support for our Business Development team.
The ideal candidate will be excited to support launching a new program from the beginning of its life cycle, and will have familiarity with recruiting top talent who lead sales generation with both small, medium, large, and enterprise customers. We are reinventing the approach to selling in this industry and looking for a candidate who can help identify and support top tier talent at scale while providing a high level of candidate experience while supporting various hiring managers.

Skills and Requirements
-Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
-Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
-Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
-Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.
-A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
