Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Recruiter/Talent Program Analyst to join their team. As a Recruiter/Talent Program Analyst, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting the Lincoln Ave plant. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, which will align successfully with the organization.

Location:Waukesha, Wi
Pay Range:$25 - $28 per hour
What’s the Job? Lead recruitment activities, including processing requisitions, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and supporting the employee lifecycle. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, including background checks and drug screens. Manage new hire orientation and assist with benefits enrollment. Monitor employment for contingent personnel and support affirmative action planning. Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and wellness programs.What’s Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook. Strong communication and employee relations skills. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.What’s in it for me?
